Cancellation Policy.

Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and as such, we allow one pass on a last-minute cancellation. Thereafter, sessions will be charged for the full length of time booked.

We ask that payments be made by the Sunday of the calendar week during which the tutorials took place, unless otherwise arranged.

Accountability.

We will do our best to ensure our students succeed and increase their grades. We are confident that with effort, guidance and practice, that there will be a noticeable improvement. That said, we are not responsible for academic results and cannot be held liable should a student fail or not attain the desired grades.

Confidentiality.

We abide by our own strong Code of Ethics to maintain a friendly, yet professional atmosphere. That said, anything discussed in a tutoring session is strictly confidential. We will only notify parents or guardians of minors if we feel their lives or anyone else’s is in danger.

Punctuality.

We ask that you please be on time for the session. Any compensation for time lost due to lateness will be charged accordingly. Please check the confirmation email that was sent to you or contact us if there is any confusion as to what time you booked.
